SPOT THE BALL – COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern the ‘Spot the Ball’ prize draw competition (the Competition) of Finbogo Limited (Finbogo).
The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Finbogo, their families, or any third party directly associated with the Competition.
The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
All entries for the Competition must be submitted in hard copy using the form available on the day of the Competition, and a valid entry must include your contact details (name, email address, occupation and contact number).
The Competition will be open from 9 a.m. on Wednesday 18th June 2025 and will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday 19th June 2025.Entries received after this time will not be considered.
The winner of the Competition will be chosen by random draw (the Winner).
The Winner will receive 12 months free access to the Finbogo platform (subject to accepting and complying with Finbogo’s contractual documentation governing the access and use of the platform) (the Prize).
The Winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) on or around 30th June 2025. If the Winner does not respond to Finbogo within 7 days of being notified by Finbogo, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and Finbogo will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The Prize will be provided to the Winner once the Winner has completed the standard online onboarding process for the Finbogo platform.
The Prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Prize is supplied by Finbogo, and Finbogo reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Finbogo's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of Finbogo regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
You agree that if you are the Winner, Finbogo may in its absolute discretion share your full name on its website (https://business.finbogo.com) and any other media (including social media platform(s)), and in connection with any publicity of the Competition.
Finbogo must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Finbogo will send the initials and county of the Winner and the winning entry, to anyone who emails requests@finbogo.com or writes to Finbogo Limited, 2nd Floor, Lynnfield House, Church Street, Cheshire, Altrincham WA14 4DW (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your initials, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Finbogo via the email or postal address listed in this condition 13. In such circumstances, Finbogo must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon entry.
Finbogo reserves the right to:
refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms; and/or
hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Finbogo, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Finbogo, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All personal data supplied for the purposes of and in connection with the Competition will only be processed in accordance with these Terms and Finbogo’s privacy notice attached to these Terms. See also Condition 13 with regards to the announcement of the Winner.
These Terms will be governed by English law and entrants to the Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The promoter of this prize draw is Finbogo Limited (CRN: 15397665) whose registered office is at Fernhill Estate Office Fernhill Road, Sutton, Newport, Shropshire, United Kingdom, TF10 8DJ.

This privacy notice describes how we, as the controller of your personal data, collect, use and look after your personal data when you enter the Competition (Privacy Notice).

What personal data we collect and how we use it
When you complete and submit the online form required to enter the Competition, we may collect, store and use the following types of personal information:
personal contact details such as first name, last name, email address, telephone number, home address, and your date of birth, which allow us to run the Competition, verify your identity and age and provide information to you and our regulators about the Competition.If you win the Prize, we may publish your name as a winner of the Prize; and
your preferences in receiving marketing from us, so we know if you would like to receive further information on other competitions we may run from time to time and how we should contact you.
We also collect, use and share aggregated data. However, if we combine aggregated data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat this as your personal data.
Our competitions are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data relating to those individuals.
In order to enter you (at your request) into the Competition, we will need to access and use your personal data and we may also need to do so to comply with laws.If you fail to provide any personal information we need for these purposes, then we may not be able to enter you into the Competition or contact you if you win our Competition. We will notify you of this at the relevant time.
Marketing
You will only receive marketing communications from us if you have entered into a Competition or provided your consent to receive marketing communications, and you have not opted out of receiving marketing communications, unsubscribed from our mailing list or withdrawn your consent.
We will not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Change of purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purpose that we originally collected it for, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose or we have a lawful basis to change the purpose.
If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to use your personal data in this manner.
We may process your personal data (without your knowledge or consent) where this is required or permitted by law.
Who we share your personal data with
In order to run the Competition, we may share your personal data with:
(where applicable) those third parties that have donated a Prize to the Competition so that they can contact you about the Prize;
the Advertising Standards Authority, who independently regulate prize promotions; and
our service providers, acting as processors, including support service providers.
International transfers
Where a third party is based outside the UK, we may transfer your personal data outside the UK, provided that we do so in accordance with all applicable law.
Data retention
We will only keep the personal data we collect for the sole purpose of running the Competition you have entered for as long as necessary to run that Competition and comply with any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements we are under.
We may also anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes. We can use anonymised information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Glossary
Aggregated data
Information such as statistical or demographic data which may be derived from personal data but which cannot by itself identify a data subject.
Controller
A body that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Data subject

Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues.
Personal data
Information identifying a data subject from that data alone or with other data we may hold but it does not include anonymised or aggregated data.
